Oxford and Banbury celebrate IDM

On 5 May 2021 Oxford and Banbury RCM Branch celebrated the day in style.

All areas throughout the Trust had hampers of fruit and goodies delivered which included all community areas. Local businesses were very kind in donating lots of items for free. Many miles were travelled and much organisation needed to reach all the midwives and MSWs.

Several Activists also set up a competition that involved growing the biggest sunflower. Seeds, soil and instructions were supplied for each midwife and the finals will be judged in September.

Our Branch also worked with The OUH trust to deliver virtual events and goodie bags to all staff. Virtual events included, Mindfulness, Wake Up and Dance and Tai Chi.

I believe a great Day was had by all!
