RCM comment on birth of Royal baby

Commenting on the birth of a baby boy to the Duchess of Cambridge today, Gill Walton, Chief Executive and General Secretary of the Royal College of Midwives, said: “On behalf of the Royal College of Midwives I offer our warmest and heartfelt congratulations to the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their baby boy.

"We wish them the best of health and happiness in the future.

“I would also offer our thanks to the midwives and other health professionals who have supported the Duchess and her family through her pregnancy and beyond.”
