Celebrating MSWs

The RCM is hosting MSW Week 2018 from 12-18 November to celebrate the valuable work that MSWs carry out.

RCM branches are being encouraged to put on local workplace events and it is hoped that lots of MSWs will attend some of the 10 RCM study days being held across the UK throughout the week.

RCM members, activists and branches planning to celebrate MSW week 2018 should have registered the details of their event via the Survey Monkey link here. It’s not too late to do so, and it means that the RCM can promote and support the various activities being held across the UK.

Activities could include a recruitment event, a tea party, an MSW awards ceremony, or even a community event to help raise awareness that MSWs are seen as an integral part of the maternity team.

The RCM wants everyone taking part to promote their events, local workplace activities and festivities on social media using the hashtag #MSWWeek2018
